The idea for Boston Blog Events began in the summer of 2006 when I ran into a fellow Boston blogger and realized how much fun it is to meet blog friends “in real life”. I decided to plan a social/networking event so that other Boston bloggers could join in the experience and Blogtoberfest 2006 was born!
A year later the even more popular Blogtoberfest v 2.007 proved there was a lot of interest among the Boston blogging community for other events where we can step away from the computer and into a fun, social event with other bloggers.
As a site, and as interest and participation grows, I see BostonBlogEvents.com being a place where Boston bloggers can go to find out about events I will continue to plan specifically for our blogging community and also a place to find out about all the amazing events that are already going on in this fantastic city we live in.
It will just get bigger and better so check back and sign up for the latest and greatest in Boston Blog Events!
